Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Eliminates the award of additional compensation based on performance to assessors in counties with less than 3,000,000 but more than 50,000 inhabitants. Applies to township assessors, multi-township assessors, and supervisors of assessments. Effective July 1, 2017.
