Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Provides that, beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, Assistant State's Attorneys, Assistant Public Defenders, and Assistant Appellate Defenders are not managerial employees for purposes of the Act. Effective immediately.
