Bill Title: Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004. Provides that a private detective or private detective agency licensed under the Act shall have access to the State of Illinois Insurance Verification System to the fullest and same extent as any insurer, agent, or State user of the System for any legitimate business purpose for which the private detective or private detective agency is licensed.
