Bill Title: Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act of the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that for a redevelopment project area designated after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the redevelopment project area shall not contain more than 20% of the area of a previous redevelopment project area that has been completed in the 10 years prior to the adoption of the ordinance designating the new redevelopment project area. Effective immediately.
