Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, in addition to other activities, the Office of Economic Equity and Empowerment shall provide assistance to employment social enterprises. Defines "employment social enterprise".
