Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Exempts from disclosure under the Act records requested by persons committed to a county jail if those materials are available in the library of the correctional facility or jail where the inmate is confined or include records from staff members' personnel files, staff rosters, or other staffing assignment information. Effective immediately.
