Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Creates an exemption for equipment and materials placed in service on or after January 1, 2026 that are incorporated into or used in the business of providing broadband services. Effective immediately.
