Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that the provisions of the Code shall not apply to procurement expenditures and contracts for investment services by or on behalf of the University of Illinois. Removes prior provisions concerning procurements made by or on behalf of the University of Illinois for investment services.
