Bill Title: Amends the School Code. In provisions concerning the compilation of average daily attendance under the State aid formula and allowing a session of 3 or more clock hours but less than 5 clock hours to be counted as a day of attendance, makes changes with respect to days that are used for an in-service training program for teachers and parent-teacher conferences. Effective July 1, 2009.
