Bill Title: Amends Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that no insurance company that is authorized to do business in this State and which issues policies for personal multiperil property coverage, commonly known as homeowners insurance, may increase the premiums on that insurance based upon claims arising from third-party fault or actions not caused by the policyholder.
