Bill Title: Amends the Medical Practice Act. Provides that any person holding a valid license under the Act, including persons licensed as a chiropractic physician, may prescribe, dispense, or administer oxygen. Makes changes in provisions concerning licenses for general practice. Makes corresponding changes.
