In the provision concerning Multidrug-Resistant Organisms (MDROs), requires the Department to publish a yearly report regarding certain MDRO infections based on a surveillance system substantially similar to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's National Healthcare Safety Network surveillance system (instead of the Hospital Discharge Dataset).
