Bill Title: Creates the Government Zero-Emission Vehicle Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2030, all passenger vehicles, except for law enforcement vehicles, purchased or leased by a governmental unit must be either a manufactured zero-emission vehicle or a converted zero-emission vehicle. Defines terms.
