Bill Title: Amends the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act. Provides that no fewer than 3 of the continuing education hours required by the Act must include content that relates to cultural competence in the practice of social work. Provides that no more than 50% of the continuing education hours may be obtained by a method other than face-to-face instruction or other experience, unless a waiver or variance is allowed. Effective immediately.
