Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Provides that if a public official candidate submits a Notification of Self-funding to the State Board of Elections, all other public officials or candidates, but not the public official or candidate who submitted the notification, shall be permitted to accept contributions in excess of the limits imposed by the Code (rather than allowing all public officials or candidates, including the public official or candidate who submitted the notification, to accept contributions in excess of the limits).
