Bill Title: Amends the Consent by Minors to Medical Procedures Act. Provides that provisions concerning the giving of consent to the performance of procedures or services apply to the giving of consent to the performance of procedures or services by a physician licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 (rather than a physician licensed to practice medicine and surgery or a physician licensed to practice medicine in all its branches).
