Bill Title: Amends the State Universities Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Adds a cross-reference to a provision relating to earnings for service before becoming a participant. Defines "plan year". In a provision concerning repayment of certain refunds, requires interest from the date the refund was issued rather than the date it was received. Clarifies a provision relating to the purchase of service credit by inactive participants.
