Bill Title: Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that in the case of an employee who is a volunteer, paid-on-call, or part-time firefighter, emergency medical technician, or paramedic, compensation for temporary total incapacity shall commence on the day after the accident. Effective immediately.
