Bill Title: Amends the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act. Defines "employment of a skilled nature" as employment with respect to which an employer performs an advanced application process, a screening process, which may include processes such as advanced testing, and a job interview. Provides that "day and temporary labor" does not include labor or employment of a skilled nature.
