Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may issue special registration plates designated as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness license plates. Provides that the original fee and renewal fee shall be $25. Creates the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness Fund. Makes corresponding changes in the State Finance Act.
