Bill Title: Amends the Line of Duty Compensation Act. Provides that the person filing a claim for compensation under the Act for a fireman killed in the line of duty shall have access, on a timely basis and in an efficient manner, to all information related to the court's consideration, processing, or adjudication of the claim. Includes in the definition of "eligible late claimant" persons filing a claim for compensation under the Act for a fireman killed in the line of duty.
