Bill Title: Amends the Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act. Authorizes each manufacturer that is required to calculate the total weight of televisions sold under its brand to individuals at retail in the State to do so by multiplying the weight of its televisions sold nationally by the quotient that results from dividing the population of Illinois by the population of the United States. Deletes provisions requiring retailers to report the number of televisions sold at retail to individuals in the State. Effective immediately.
