Bill Title: Provides that the Act may be referred to as the Truth in Toll Transparency Act. Amends the Toll Highway Act. Requires the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to prominently display toll rates in a manner visible to approaching motorists at all toll locations. Effective immediately.
