Bill Title: Amends the University of Illinois Hospital Act and the Hospital Licensing Act. Requires hospitals organized or licensed under the Acts to report to the Department of Public Health the demographic data of individuals who have symptoms of COVID-19 and are released from, not admitted to, the hospital.
