Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Prohibits the knowing sale, manufacture, purchase, possession, or carrying of a rate of fire enhancement. Defines "rate of fire enhancement". Provides that a violation is a Class 2 felony. Effective immediately.
