Bill Title: Amends the evidence-based funding provisions of the School Code. Beginning with the evidence-based funding calculation for the 2019-2020 school year, provides that an organizational unit's real receipts shall include the total amount of funds received from governmental entities other than the State for the preceding school year, including funds received from the federal government or a unit of local government, including any revenue from a school facility occupation tax or any tax increment finance revenue distributed to the organizational unit.
