Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board or an employer of a school bus driver that receives a complaint against a school bus driver from a parent or legal guardian of a school child, the school board, or a person who makes a complaint call under a provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall notify the Secretary of State within 30 days of the complaint. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may suspend a school bus driver permit for a period of 6 months after investigation of a complaint received from the employer or a school district of a permit holder. Makes conforming changes.
