Bill Title: Amends the Local Records Act. Provides that an agency or commission may not destroy any public record, nonrecord material, or material not included within the definition of records as contained in this Act concerning complaints, investigations, and adjudications of police officer misconduct. Further provides that an agency shall permanently retain such records and materials. Effective immediately.
