Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Creates an exemption for medical appliances, including, but not limited to, devices used to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Effective January 1, 2025.
