Bill Title: Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that in all cases involving domestic violence, the court must order the defendant to undergo a risk assessment evaluation using a recognized, evidence-based instrument conducted by an Illinois Department of Human Services approved partner abuse intervention program provider, pretrial service, probation, or parole agency. Provides that these agencies shall have access to summaries of the defendant's criminal history, which shall not include victim interviews or information, for the risk evaluation. Provides that in every domestic violence case that will affect the amount of bail or require electronic monitoring, the defendant shall pay for the cost of electronic monitoring. Provides that the court shall revoke bail in domestic violence cases and issue a warrant for defendant's arrest if during the defendant's release on bail, the defendant makes a credible threat against the victim or other persons.
