Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that, beginning in fiscal year 2017 and continuing through fiscal year 2021, certain quarterly transfers from the Adeline Jay Geo-Karis Illinois Beach Marina Fund to the General Revenue Fund and the State Boating Act Fund shall not be made. Effective immediately.
