Bill Title: Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Provides that provisions of the Act concerning distributions from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to counties, municipalities, and road districts are an irrevocable and continuing appropriation to the Department of Transportation of all amounts necessary for those purposes. Effective immediately.
