Bill Title: Amends the Long Term Acute Care Hospital Quality Improvement Transfer Program Act. Provides that the Continuity and Record Evaluation (CARE) tool shall be identical to the most current version required by Medicare. Provides that each LTAC hospital shall provide quality and outcome measurement data that is identical to the data specified in Medicare's Long Term Care Hospital Quality Reporting Program Manual. Removes provisions that specify the quality and outcome data that a LTAC hospital must provide.
