Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Deletes a provision requiring the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to cease payments for bed reserves for purposes of inpatient hospitalizations to intermediate care facilities for persons with development disabilities, except in the instance of residents who are under 21 years of age. Effective immediately.
