Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that beginning with Fiscal Year 2015, all Road Fund Monies shall be appropriated to provide 50% to Department of Transportation District 1 and 50% to be divided among the remaining Department of Transportation Districts. Effective July 1, 2014.
