Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that no later than January 1, 2023, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall amend all applicable rules to ensure the payment standards and billing requirements for behavioral health services are uniform for all behavioral health providers seeking reimbursement from the Department. Effective immediately.
