Bill Title: Amends the Chicago Firefighter Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Beginning December 1, 2014, extends eligibility for the 3% annual increase in retirement annuity at age 55 to firemen born after December 31, 1954 who began service prior to January 1, 2011. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
