Bill Title: Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act. Provides that no health care facility shall prohibit the use of medical cannabis by a registered qualifying patient within a health care facility, unless the patient is receiving emergency services and care that is deemed medically necessary by the patient's health care provider. Provides that no health care facility shall unreasonably restrict the manner in which the registered qualifying patient stores and uses medical cannabis.
