Bill Title: Amends the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act. Provides that all community associations that have 10 or more units and are registered in the State as not-for-profit corporations shall pay to the Department a fee of $50 plus an additional $1 per unit within 30 days after July 1, 2010 and every 5 years thereafter. Contains a non-acceleration clause. Effective immediately.
