Bill Title: Amends the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability Act. Creates the Select Medical Oversight Committee within the Commission with public members appointed by the legislative leaders. Members of the Committee may not include sitting members of the General Assembly. Provides for the Committee to review State medical care programs and services provided, arranged, or procured by State agencies and to review policies, procedures, and operations of the programs and services related to the provision, arrangement, or procurement of medical care by the State. Requires annual and other reporting. Contains other provisions.
