Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that for taxable years ending on or after December 31, 2010 and on or before December 30, 2015, taxpayers may subtract from adjusted gross income an amount equal to the premiums or portion of premiums paid by the taxpayer during the taxable year for any health insurance product or health benefit program in force for all or any part of the taxable year and for any health care payments to health care professionals or health care providers during the taxable year. Effective immediately.
