Bill Title: Creates the Electric Vehicle Charging System Rebate Program Act. Provides that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, in consultation with electric vehicle stakeholders and the Department of Revenue, shall administer a rebate program that promotes the installation or upgrade of an electric vehicle charging system. Effective immediately.
