Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Not-For-Profit Dispute Resolution Center Act. Changes the dispute resolution fund fee charged and collected by the clerks of the circuit court to $2 (rather than $1). Provides that in no event shall the disbursement to a dispute resolution center in one year exceed $300,000 (rather than $200,000).
