Bill Title: Amends the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act. Allows veterans of the United States Armed Forces who have been discharged under honorable conditions to pay 50% of the licensing and examination fees determined by the Department of Public Health to be issued a private sewage system installation contractor license or a private sewage disposal system pumping contractor license. The applicant's veteran status can be verified using his or her DD-214 form.
