Bill Title: Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that all agencies shall submit their most recent biennial audit conducted by the Auditor General and any other management, performance, or other audits conducted by the Auditor General within the preceding 2 years to the appropriations committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Provides that appropriations committees shall take audit reports released by the Auditor General into consideration during the budgeting process.
