Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Pension Code. In provisions concerning forfeiture of benefits for certain felony convictions, provides that the forfeiture of benefits applies immediately after the felony conviction is entered, notwithstanding whether the person has been sentenced for that felony. Provides that the changes made by the amendatory Act apply to felony convictions entered on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
