Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that 100% of the additional administrative fee levied on violations of the prohibition on driving under the influence shall be distributed to the law enforcement agency making the arrest (rather than a portion being deposited into the General Revenue Fund) for the purpose of enforcing and preventing driving under the influence.
