Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2019, the tax is not imposed on prescription medicines or prescription drugs. Effective immediately.
