Bill Title: Appropriates $50,000,000 from the State Coronavirus Urgent Remediation Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for grants to municipalities to provide filters for areas with lead service lines whose areas do not have a plan to replace the lead service lines in accordance with requirements for the grants and filter specifications to be adopted by the Environmental Protection Agency prior to grant distribution. Effective July 1, 2022.
