Bill Title: Amends the Secretary of State Act. Requires the Secretary of State to post all contracts between the State or any State agency and another state or the federal government, or an agency thereof, on the Secretary of State's Internet website. Provides that the information shall include, but is not limited to, the total cost of the agreement, the contracting agency, and the date of expiration of the contract. Requires the Secretary of State to adopt rules to implement this requirement. Effective immediately.
